The program begins with engagement sessions in local churches, where we meet with pastors and community leaders to raise awareness and build support for the MED initiative, promoting self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.

In collaboration with partner churches, we identify and select the most deserving families — ensuring those facing the greatest financial hardships receive the support they need to rebuild their livelihoods.

Participants receive hands-on business training designed to help them explore their strengths, gain confidence, and acquire essential entrepreneurial knowledge for sustainable income.

Upon completing the business training, beneficiaries become eligible for interest-free microloans, enabling them to incubate or expand their small businesses.

The program ensures ongoing mentoring and technical assistance — covering financial management, inventory control, and business development strategies.

Beneficiaries actively participate in program activities, fostering community ownership, accountability, and collective progress toward shared economic transformation.

The MED Program emphasizes structured loan recovery to ensure funds are reinvested continually, supporting new beneficiaries and a sustainable cycle of growth.
